I'm Amanda Kindler. Since entering the mortgage industry in 2004, I've built an extensive understanding of the entire loan process. I began in processing, where I learned how every detail of a file works together, and later served as a branch manager, coaching Loan Officers while closing and overseeing thousands of transactions. That background gives me a practical understanding of underwriting guidelines, complex income, credit challenges, new construction, investment properties, and a wide range of traditional and specialized loan programs.
Because I understand both the details and the bigger picture, I know the first answer is not always the only answer.
