I've spent my career learning every side of the mortgage process so I can explain it clearly, recognize possibilities, and take exceptional care of the people who trust me.
Mortgage professional since 2004My path
From processing to trusted mortgage advisor.
I entered the mortgage industry in 2004 in processing. That foundation taught me how the pieces of a loan fit together and what it takes to move a transaction effectively from application to closing.
I later became a Loan Officer and branch manager, coaching and developing Loan Officers while closing and overseeing thousands of transactions. Repetition matters in mortgage lending: experience helps me see details, ask better questions, and guide clients through important financing decisions.
I have also been recognized by Scotsman Guide among its Top Women Originators during multiple years of my career and was named Mortgage Professional of the Year by the Northeast Florida Builders Association.

I begin by listening. We talk through your goals, your complete financial picture, and what matters most to you. I explain available paths without making the conversation feel sales-driven.
During an active transaction, I communicate by phone, text, and email so borrowers and Realtors are never left wondering what is happening.

I grew up in Northeast Florida and have lived here my entire life. I share that life with my husband, Jason, and our children, Luca, Simon, Jay, and Julia. That personal connection helps me guide local and relocating buyers with a genuine understanding of the area.
